• No refund if canceled less than 7 days before the event date.

• Cancellation by Business:

  • Full refund if the business must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances.

• Rescheduling:

  • Clients may reschedule their event once without penalty, subject to availability.

• Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of the cancellation request.
